BCR Awards Ad - David Burke

BCR Awards sold many awards to the rodeo market as an alternative to the belt buckles that are typically awarded. So these ads play on the fact that the awards can't hold up your pants, but who cares?

The ads would change slightly for different publications to target the specific needs of the audience. We created a library of award pieces so that we could quickly assemble or change parts based on the audience. We photographed or scanned all pieces in house.

The color ad was in the National High School Finals Rodeo (NHSFR) event program, which is a fairly large yearly event put on by the National High School Rodeo Association (NHSRA). The black and white is a similar version that went in the NHSRA Times, which is a monthly publication. Both publications had a very high circulation.
