Teval is a teaching and course evaluation tool built by Kansas State University. During a refresh of the system, the development team had gone through multiple iterations, and was unable to reach consensus on the design and functionality. I was then asked to step in and provide guidance on what we should build.
I conducted several rounds of usability testing and iterated the design until all notable usability issues were resolved. I provided the development team with multiple detailed usability reports, prototypes to show the interaction design, and mock-ups to show the visual design changes.
